TALKS FOR JUNE TO DECEMBER 2018

Our members are drawn from around the local area and have a wide range of backgrounds and experience. In addition to sharing their common interest in history the Society provides the opportunity for members to network socially in a relaxed and friendly environment.

* UPDATE * - TALKS FOR 2022

We are pleased to announce that our first face to face talk in over two years will be held at Garth Olwg Adult Learning Centre in Church Village on Wednesday 22 June at 2pm.

The Postcode for the venue is CF38 1RQ and we would love to have a good attendance at this free relaunch talk.

The topic will be 'Cilfynydd, from Hamlet to Mining Village, Prosperity and Disaster' and will be given by Mr  Alun Caffrey.

Teas and coffees will be available in the room with an honesty box and a suggested £1 charge.
